The Squirrel Piper - in progress

I started this one tonight (4) while watching my fav to win on American Idol - Adam Lambert. That’s really neither here nor there in relation to the painting.
Back to the painting - I’ve almost blanked it all in. I thought I’d be tearing into this one with oil paints, but I’m going to do a blend of acrylic and water based oils.
Also, here’s some of my inspiration for painting squirrels. We “have” about 14, and now we’ve got a couple of ducks looking for a nesting ground. Welcome, the nuts are always on.
